How do I report a bug?
Email us with the product name, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device/browser. Screenshots help enormously. Bugs get priority over everything else.
How do I request a feature?
Same email. Dale Builds is a small studio, which means your suggestion isn't going into a black hole — it's being read by the person who can actually build it.
How do I delete my data? (Saturdays)
Saturdays stores your data on your device — deleting the app deletes your data. For anything we hold on our side, email us a deletion request and it's completed within 30 days. See our privacy policy.
How do refunds work for App Store purchases?
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase. Apple's decision is usually quick.
Is my data sold or used for ads?
No. Never. See the privacy policy for the full picture — the summary is: minimal collection, on-device where possible, zero selling.
