This policy covers all products operated by Dale Builds LLC ("we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company, including the Saturdays iOS app and the web products listed on dalebuilds.com. The short version: we build products, not audience profiles. We collect the minimum needed to make things work, we don't sell your data, and whenever possible your data stays on your device.

What we collect

• Data you provide. Some products let you enter information — for example, Saturdays stores the family dates and milestones you add. This data is used only to provide the product's features.
• On-device first. Where feasible, product data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us.
• Basic usage data. Some products may collect anonymous, aggregated usage metrics (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. This data does not identify you.
• Contact information. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and use it solely to respond.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
• We do not collect data from children knowingly. Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party services

Our products run on standard infrastructure providers (such as Apple's App Store, Vercel, and similar hosting platforms), which may process technical data (like IP addresses) as part of delivering the service under their own privacy policies. Purchases made through the App Store are processed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment information.

Data retention & deletion

Data stored on your device is deleted when you delete the app. For any data we hold, you can request access or deletion at any time by emailing us — we'll complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
